We take care of setup & operations
 • We’ll take care of all things setup related on our agreed-upon installation date, usually around 2 months after we come to an agreement
 • Remote operation is taken care of by us via our remote operating system
 • In person representatives may be hired depending on your location

Question 3

Agreement

Accepted Answer

Type: We typically use whatever agreement format your organization prefers. For parks, this is usually a concessionaire agreement. For businesses or private organizations, we have a contract we can use.

Length: We usually look for 3-5 year contracts. However, we are open to creative options like longer deals contingent on satisfactory results in an initial 1 year “test year.” This assures to our park partners our commitment of delivering above expectations.

What you provide

• Location(s)
 • AGREEMENT DEPENDENT: Regular checks of machines & equipment (Ex: Damage checking equipment, occasional equipment wipe downs, etc.)
    • No more than 5-10 minutes

• AGREEMENT DEPENDENT: Support when replacing damaged or stolen equipment (Ex: We order a new kayak to your park, and park officials place the kayak in the kiosk)

Compensation

We negotiate compensation agreements on a case-by-case basis, but it is usually worked off of a percentage of gross sales.

Liability + Insurance

Waiver:
Customers must agree to our waiver before participating.
Insurance:
We have extensive insurance coverage that covers all locations and organizations involved. If your organization is onboarded, we add your organization and location(s) as “additional insured” on our policy.

Does my organization need to be located in a certain region?
Nope! We are looking to expand all over the United States. As long as your location(s) in mind has/have a body of water, we’d love to discuss partnering!

Damage

What happens if the kiosk itself breaks?
Our kiosks are constructed as sturdy and strong as possible. Mechanical breaks are extremely rare. In the rare case of a kiosk breaking down and it’s anything more than a simple fix, we’ll have a representative to your location ASAP.
