  • What if I damage the product I rented?
    Return your product like you usually would, and report the damage using the prompt pushed to your phone. We'll assess the damage and let you know the financial damage.
  • What if my item is lost or stolen?
    Unfortunately we can't insure against lost or theft. We tried, our insurance guys said "No Way". So if that is the case, we have to charge your card the full retail value. We really hate doing that though.
  • What if I keep the product longer than my alotted rental time?
    Don't worry, we automatically renew your rental when your time expires. You will pay for the next day regardless of when you return it. But you get to keep it longer - so cool!
  • What if my rental code is not working?
    Request a new code from the help section of your mobile app, or text customer service. We'll get that door open.
  • Can I just buy the item and keep it?
    Of course you can you smarty pants. Buying a used product is good for the earth, good for your wallet, and good for your space. Previously loved items are for sale periodically at 75% off retail value.
  • What if I don't return it on time?
    If you want to keep your item longer, no problem. The rental period automatically renews. We do ask you return items within 2 days so everyone can enjoy them. You are part of an awesome sharing community!
  • What happens if I don't put it back how I found it?
    The only way we can rent you products so inexpensively is if you help us by keeping the products clean. Would you want to use this product after you? Seriously, be cool.
  • What if I break my rental item?
    Sorry - but this is just like a car rental. We put a small hold on your credit card, and if the item comes back as you found it (less normal wear and tear) you are good. You destroy it - you'll pay the replacement cost. Not really that big of deal either.
  • My mobile device is not working near the locker?
    Good news! Connect to the Brevvie Wifi and that should solve your problem. Sometimes the lockers are in parking garages or deep interiors with little cell signal. So don't stress, just visit your wifi settings and choose the Brevvie Wifi. There is no password.
  • What if I rent an item but don't pick it up?
    You have all day to pick up your item. If for some reason you can't make it to pick up your item, we will still need to charge you for a day use. If you think that isn't fair, sorry, when you rent an item we save it for you which means no one else can use it. Therefore we have to charge for that or it's bad business for us.
